ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Every Designer Series home features the Prestige energy efficiency package. All outside walls have an extra layer of rigid insulation – well beyond what building codes require.

Coupled with the precision building system used at the Prestige manufacturing plant, this assures exceptional energy efficiency and tight, draft-free construction. Premium Low-E windows and doors greatly reduce heat loss and drafts. Low-maintenance vinyl window construction means years of trouble-free performance and comfort. Basement walls are complete.

Advanced heat recovery ventilation system draws fresh outside air into the home while exhausting stale indoor air and pollutants. A heat recovery core transfers heat energy to warm incoming air. You get fresh air 24 hours a day while keeping your heating bills low.
