“I thought it important for you to know that at the exact appointed time (and maybe just a wee bit earlier than expected) we received the call from Sussex. Prestige sent a crew two days later for the Annual Fix-up of any cracks, nail-pops, and other issues.

Number One: they sent two of the most polite gentleman, a carpenter, and a wall guy… both were cheerful and very professional.

Number Two: they came at my requested time.

Number Three: they did an absolutely wonderful job. We did not have a whole lot of issues… a few nail-pops, a couple door adjustments, a few cracks –all house-settling issues. They worked quickly, efficiently, and left the house without even making a mess!

“(We) recently purchased a home from Town & Country Homes. We are coming up to our 1 year move in anniversary date and we are still smiling and happy.

We sought to find an easy, painless way to get a home without all the on site hassles and management time, and we found that at Town & Country. Our employment status left us with little time to build or manage all the details of construction and the “prefab” option allowed us to live and work as usual, and simply wait for the delivery. Let’s face it, I’d rather have my home built inside then outside.
